I saw the following text in my local newspaper, regarding a streaker at a local football game: Police released the juvenile to his parents and charged the suspect with indecent exposure, fleeing police and possession of drug paraphernalia. When one is wearing what he was wearing, I am concerned by the possession of ANYTHING.
