I noticed a few clever license plates in the last few days.

On the way to work I noticed one to the effect of:

IJHN 47

My first thought was “Hey… 1st John doesn’t have 47 chapters!”

I quickly realized it was 1st John 4:7

I had my Bible on the car seat next to me (because I am just that type of person), and thought I should look it up. It didn’t immediately occur to me that that wasn’t a good idea when driving.

Then I thought “Hey! I have that one memorized” (Beloved, let us love one another…)

So… Scripture memory may have saved my life.

The other plate I saw said:

SATURN

The best part was that it was on a Toyota.
